I have had this weird ball under my skin above my right jaw for 6 months and i don't know what it is. lately it hurts to touch the ball. what is it?

Swollen gland: its sounds like you may have a swollen cyst, or lymph node. If the size is growing in nature, recommend you get an ultrasound of the tissue to further evaluate it and potentially a biopsy. It may be a lipoma a non cancerous fat deposition but you need a biopsy to determine this.
