Are there any home remedies to help diabetic neuropathic pain?

Information: Diabetic neuropathy is usually in extrmeties. Diet: some addtion of omega 3 topical capscacain ointment, other have tried easy-hot, topical Lidocaine cream, other emollients most health food stores have section on anti inflammatory.
