Probably nothing: A single mild elevation of alkaline phosphatase in a 27 year old is probably just a normal variation. If AST, ALT, and GGT are normal then I would just make sure that your doctor rechecks the alkaline phosphatase again in a few months just to make sure it is normal.

Biliary tract: Alk Phos and GGT go up with biliary tract disease - you might have a gall stone. However, your elevation isn't very much and the GGT is entirely insignificant. Unless you're having or recently had pain in the right upper quadrant of your abdomen, perhaps with nausea, especially following a meal, I would just repeat the tests and see if they're normal now.
