The red reflex: is monitored at all well visits.( or should be) bring up your concern to your doctor

Puzzling comment: Yes, I can suspect retinoblastoma If I see an abnormality in the common red eye of a flash picture.I can also see it in a routine office exam without a flash.A flash does not cause it, but it may expose it to a trained viewer.
