Hmmm...: Life is full of possibilities. A woman can get pregnant, miscarry early in her pregnancy, and look just the same as before she ever got pregnant. A chubby woman with a round belly, can get pregnant, deliver a baby, return to her pre-pregnancy chubby size, and look just the same as before she got pregnant. If one hasn't seen the woman for a year, one can't assume too much.
