Comedone: this is a comedone and needs to be extracted. Use warm wash cloth on area for 5 minutes to soften then wash area and hands. Use fingers to GENTLY push at base of comedone and it should open and drain.

Pimples: Becareful - over scrubbing and washing can lead to more whiteheads because as you wash you remove the natural oils in the skin. This leads to overproduction of oils by the sebaceous glands in the skin.
