HcG should rise...: In early pregnancy, HcG levels should increase by at least 50% in 48 hours. If they are declining over this time-frame it means you may be headed for a miscarriage. I'm sorry :(. (If these values were drawn at two different labs on the same day, it can be meaningless lab variation). Best wishes!
