Get an exam: It's possible to have a rise in LH and then not ovulate. It could be that you are under a lot of stress, delaying ovulation. Conditions such as Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome or Premature Ovarian Failure may have higher than normal LH levels which may interfere with the results of an ovulation test. You should get a check up from your gynecologist.
