Possible Connection: Probably not a connection between quitting smoking, nicotine replacement and nosebleeds. However, your body may not be accustomed to the route of delivery and/or dosage associated with product you're using. Nicotine is a stimulant and your heart may be pumping harder as it adjusts to new nicotine delivery system or dose. That could make you more susceptible to nosebleeds (tiny blood vessels).
