Pubic bump: Probably infected hair follicle or follicular abscess, though without looking at it there are a couple of other things like herpes. Probably time to call your doctor this week and have the area evaluated.

Folliculitis: You probably have inflammation (due to bacterial infection) of some hair follicles and with them some sweat glands (folliciltis/hidradenitis). This may happen sometimes, especially if you shave this area and you injure the skin in the process. Try applying an antibiotic cream or a mixture of an antibiotic cream and a hydrocortisone cream a few times; if no healing, see your dr.
