Bug: It's probably due to whatever microorganism is making you sick with the diarrhea in the first place.This is often some virus,occasionally a bacteria, and depending on which of those it is and what kind, it can make your diarrhea smell of a particular smell- yours happens to be acidic this time.Please make sure you are drinking enough water to replace the water you are losing through your diarrhea
