sometimes when i'm laying down i get where it feels like my insides are shaking like my chest and head but i'm not outwardly. it freaks me out.

May be heart: sometimes when the heart is beating to fast or even too slow, it can feel like the insides are shaking. If u feel heart racing or feel it in ur throat-neck, these would be indicators. Otherwise, any kind of inflammatory response in body may also do this and the main thing that should not be overlooked is stress and any thing we take into our bodies like alcohol, medications or recreational drugs

Anxiety?: I am wondering if you suffer at all from anxiety or other anxiety symptoms like nervousness, worrying, heart pounding,fatigue, difficulty relaxing, muscle tension,poor sleep, headaches and/or neck pain? Your symptom could also be a symptom of anxiety for which treatment could greatly reduce your symptom(s). If so I highly encourage a talk with your doctor regarding this and possible treatment.
