Other options: Progesterone can be used to trigger menstrual cycles but it does not work for everyone. If you are not having regular menstrual cycles you may not be ovulating. Although cyclic Progesterone may help trigger menstrual bleeding it does not increase the chances of ovulation. If you want regular cycles birth control work better. If you want to be pregnant medications like Clomid (clomiphene) may work better.
