Constipation: This sounds like its is likely due to an anal fissure or cut that was caused after passing a large hard stool. If it occurs on a regular basis you may need to be seen by a physician to be placed on a stool softener. And to make sure you don't have anything else such as polyps. A colonoscopy may be needed if it continues to be an issue.
