Having a fullness and pain in right upper quadrant. also had burning pain around right eye which lasted 3 days? any idea what it might be?thank you

Eye irritation: Your description sounds like eye irritation/dryness which is probably unrelated to your stomach pain. Try frequent artificial tears, ointment at night, frequent warm compresses, and omega-3 fatty acid supplements. If no improvement, go see an eye doctor.
