Well, you tell me: You answered your own question didn't you? :) You are saying you are "regular" so- is it normal FOR YOU to start bleeding, stop bleeding, then, start bleeding again? If your answer is YES then, my answer to your question is YES. If your answer to the question is NO then, my answer is NO which means you should probably see a doctor or hang in there for a little to see what happens next month.
