No risk, no worries: Duplicate question (?), same reply. HIV is transmitted only by sex or direct exposure to blood, i.e. blood into your bloodstream. There are no exceptions; nobody ever catches HIV without sex or blood exposure. Saliva kills the virus, so even if someone had HIV, and if it were mixed with blood, the exposure you describe would be considered zero risk. If this is your only risk, don't get tested.
