Test results show i have low progesterone. i've been dealing with the symptoms and finally had several tests ran on the possibilities. i've read where zinc can increase progesterone. is this effective?

Maybe: Zinc can help promote the pituitary gland to release Follicle Stimulating Hormone which stimulates the ovary to produce hormones. Progesterone is produced after ovulation. However, the best way to improve progesterone levels is with progesterone.

Zinc can help: Zinc can indeed help increase progesterone levels. Increasing vitamins B-6 & bit C , plus magnesium will also help increase progesterone levels.
