Yes: There is no reason oral sex cannot be enjoyed by both throughout the pregnancy. Sex of any kind is acceptable during pregnancy unless there are symptoms of possible miscarriage or preterm labor. Positions for intercourse may need to be altered as you get to the late second and third trimester due to the enlarging uterus. Most couples can figure this out.
