Abdominal pain.: there are many potential causes of abdominal pain after eating. Knowing the precise location of the pain and the nature of the pain would allow a physician to help narrow down just source. If it is in the upper midline, you could try ranitidine 150 mg twice a day for two weeks, to see if it helps. If it does not, then I would see your doctor. Good luck.

Hard to know: Could be related to stomach/intestinal problem (inflammation, lesion, bloating, constipation/slow emptying, infection), gall bladder, liver, pancreas and many more things. Physician will need to know more about when it started to happen, medical conditions and medications, other related symptoms and to examine you to begin to differentiate and confirm the underlying problem.
