I don't know: Sometimes a miscarriage is completed spontaneously and no curettage is needed. If it is incomplete and some tissue remains within the uterus a curettage is necessary. I'm not sure which is the case with you or what you mean by your "womb is under medication". Your doctor will be the best one to answer your question. Hope this helps.
