A few days: Klonopin (Clonazepam) has a half life of 30-40 hours. This means that your body will eliminate half of the drug in about 2 days. It can take 5-7 half lives (10-14 days in this case) for a drug to be completely our of your system. http://www.rxlist.com/klonopin-drug/clinical-pharmacology.htm
