Genetic: This pattern of hair thinning and baldness is usually genetically determined. Consult a dermatologist or a hair loss and treatment specialist for evaluation and,if advisable, treatment such as topical propecia (finasteride) spray or eventual hair transplant therapy although at this time no treatment may be advisable.
