Wait: I would suggest waiting as you mentioned in your Yahoo post. There is overlap in the metabolic pathways of your liver. Dont work it too hard because it may take longer for either drug to clear. This is important because at higher doses Clarithromycin is likely to have side effects such as QT prolongation. LSD acts on brain in humans to incr heart rate. QT prolong + tachycardia= risk of DEATH.

LSD & P450: LSD is metabolized by unspecified Cytochrome P450 enzymes, hence there would be an effect with most other P450 inhibitors.
