Back pain: this could be a muscle issue in your back or a problem called pleurisy which is where the lining of your lung is inflamed. Try some ibuprofen if able to with your health conditions. If you have a swollen leg or recent travel or surgery or short of breath, consider a blood clot and seek medical attention.

Some concern, yes: If your scoliosis is mild, it's unlikely to be a direct cause of your pain. However, it could be contributing to some muscle tightness or soreness. You might benefit from exercises to strengthen & balance your muscles. If the pain with breathing gets worse (or new symptoms develop), then you should worry enough to see a doctor. Best wishes.
