Drink water: water intake and healthy eating is a key to healthy skin .Try eating a well balanced diet along with plenty of water and you will notice the difference . You can also try coconut oil as well . Along with healthy eating exercise is also very important . At least 20 min daily exercise can help your skin as well make sure you wear sun screen daily
