Depends: Do you have any symptoms? Copd, chronic fatigue, uars a lot of them could mimic like apnea.

Sleep Apnea: Hypersomnia idiopathic type, chronic insomnia, lack of adequate sleep, tiredness, fatigue, add like s/sx, being obese can increase suspicion for sleep apnea.
