Blister: Keep it clean and dry. Do not pop it. If it does rupture, clean it with soap, water and a topical antibiotic ointment (over the counter). If you notice the fluid is milky (pustular) or you develop fevers, it is important to see your family doc or go to the er for sterile drainage and antibiotics. Most blisters heal uneventfully in a few days.
