See below: Try to leave the blister intact, but if it breaks open don't cut away the skin because it will act as a natural bandaid. Cleanse the area with warm soap and water and apply antiseptic and band aid. You may want to put a pad around the area to ease some of the pressure.

With sterile: Instrument, carefully pierce the roof, allow fluid to be expressed out then apply antibiotic ointment/cream to the siter with a bandaid.
