BP 90: If the upper number is 90 that is on the lower side and not usual . if may be low from dehydration, or infection ( but then you would know-they would be very sick). If they are on blood pressure medication or lasix (furosemide) they may need adjustment . If steroids dependent may need boost. Also are they having symptoms? dizzy, weakness blurred vision? . Please call your doctor today or go to ER
