Could be nothing: To worry about. You should be starting weekly visits with pelvic exams soon. Ask your OB to take a look. Could be HPV , sebum collections, hair follicles, The labia get engorged and swollen at term. Vulvar varicose veins can cause itching. Everything looks different to the untrained eye. Don't worry, but don't be afraid to point out something so subtle that your doctor might miss.
