Yes: The pressure from an impacted tooth may have shifted your other teeth by a fraction, throwing your bite off. Have an oral surgeon take a look regarding extracting them.

Definitely, yes: Sometimes wisdom teeth are valuable asset when healthy and properly aligned, but more often, they are misaligned, cause discomfort in other teeth, painful and require removal.
