Urgent Care Clinic: If a wound keeps reopening it means it is either deep or over a surface which stretches easily by any movement such as over a joint. You need to go to your nearest Urgent Care Clinic so they can examine the wound and apply sutures, glue or tapes to keep the edges together. You might also need a splint to immobilise the finger. Nausea could be due to the sight of the blood and pain.
