A member asked:

Is there an effective way to determine if you are ovulating and what does it look like?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Ovulation: Great question. The only way to know for sure that your ovulating is that you get pregnant. Any and everything else is nothing but circumstantial evidence. I think the most compelling argument that a woman is ovulating is that she has fairly regular periods, pain and cramping or discomfort in the middle of the month and sticky clear mucus, a rise in libido which means mother nature is no fool.
