There's this little tiny bump on my heel, it hurts to walk and almost looks like i've been stung by a bee or stepped on a splinted but we see nothing.

Bump: Evwn if you can't see something, there may still be a foreign body. Soak your foot and use a pumice stone. If this is not helping, see your doctor for an exam and an XR or ultrasound to look for a foreign body. An XR will also tell you about the underlying bones. All the best.
