Possibly: If you have a history of irregular periods sometimes going on birth control will regulate periods when you stop but other times you revert back to how you were before you were on the birth control. This could cause: irregularity. Potential side effects w emergency contraception includes menstrual flow changes (spotting, bleeding, early or late period). If you have needed to take plan B 3 times in 3 weeks - it is very important that you use some form of reliable protection consistently.
