Sticking sensation: IF you are referring to the sensation of food or liquids getting stuck in the throat, this is known as a globus sensation, is very common, poorly understood, and not dangerous. If you are referring to a problem breathing, you may have an intermittent allergic reaction that could be serious. May want to sort this out with a primary care doctor. Hope this helps!

Be examined: Preferably when you have an acute episode. Document any triggers that may cause it. Often allergies or exercise will cause these symptoms. Review this with your doctor to see if you need medication to use for breathing. All the best.

See ENT: There are many potential causes but you need to get your throat looked at by an ENT when you have the symptoms-if possible. If not , a detailed history from you will help him find out the cause.
