None really!: Most patients can be remitted! so locale is less important. That being said, when barometric pressure falls, usually indicating precipitation, joint will have increased pain. Patients with rheumatoid are "walking" barometers. Therefore seattle and buffalo would be less desirable, and locations with chronic high pressure-phoenix and the desert west would be better!
