Pregnancy test: there is no current proof that Zithromax interferes with the efficacy of your BCP if you have been taking them as recommended. Do a pregnancy test for confirmation. A urine pregnancy test is most often positive 14 days after a missed cycle. All the best.

Check a pg test.: Do a home pregnancy test, and follow the directions exactly. Make sure the kit has not expired. Repeat in a few days if negative. Otherwise see your doc if you miss another period.
