Bump on penis: Bumps on the penis can be a manifestation of such sexually transmitted diseases as genital herpes, genital warts, other viral diseases, and non sexually transmitted diseases such as cancer peyronie's disease, sebaceous cysts, lichen plans, lymphocoele and other causes. With burning on urination Gonorrhea, and other venereal diseases must be ruled out. You need a urine culture and exam.
