GYN 1st, maybe more: Lots of possibilities including tubal pregnancy/infection ovarian cyst, abscess, mass; uterine infection, mass/fibroid/tumor; diverticulitis; inflammatory bowel disease with or without fistula (abnormal connection between bowel and vagina);fluid/pus collection/pelvic abscess;others. See gyn 1st (soon); may need to see other docs too, e.g. Gi.

Vaginal pain: Vagial/pelvic pain you describe may be for numerous sources--------best consult a gynecologist and have an evaluation and possible pelvic untrasound for preliminary screening.
