Need an evaluation: vaginal discharge in combination with nausea and weakness could indicate a more serious pelvic infection - PID and should be evaluated with exam including a pelvic exam - associated fever or chills are also more worrisome symptoms and untreated infection can lead to more serious infection and future fertility problems
