Sharp pain in left lower abdomen probably ovary. it goes away quickly and comes suddenly. no other symptoms i guess. what is that?

Needs assessment : There are many possibilities that could cause pain in your left lower abdomen. It could be related to an ovary (i.e. a cyst), but if it continues or especially if it becomes more frequent or severe, get it checked to make sure it isn't something like your GI tract (i.e. hernia, diverticulitis, colitis), a muscle, genitourinary (i.e. kidney stone, ectopic pregnancy) or lymphatics (i.e. adenitis).
