Already late for my cycle been two months and haven't started yet took a test negative can i still get pregnant this cycle?

It's possible : Even if you have missed 2 periods you could still ovulate and conceive but the fact that you have missed 2 periods says that something is not right and it would be a good idea to look into what is causing this now rather than later since it could be something that would cause problems in a pregnancy if not known about and treated.
