Yes: If you are still too early for a test to turn pos. You may also have delayed ovulation and have a small ovarian cyst which can alter cycle and body chemistry which may effect odor.

Could be: The smell of urine is usually related to the food you've eaten, or even a urine infection. If your period is late and you've had unprotected sex, you could certainly be pregnant, but pregnancy tests are generally reliable, while urine smell is not.
