Hard to say: Without actually seeing it! When I evaluate spots I use the ABCDE approach! Check for Asymmetry: round is good, anything as symmetric bad. Borders: well defined-distinct borders good, others are bad. Color: all 1 color (red) good, multi-color bad. Diameter: <6mm is good, Evolving: if it is changing size, color, or shape rapidly, bleeding or hurting, have it evaluated by a Dr right away.
