Probably need exam: So as far as the painful bump this might be ingrown hair if more on the outside. If more on inside it might be a cyst. ( an example is a bartholin cyst). If you've ever been sexually active could be an infection( std). Blood in the stool can be due to many causes. Benign reasons would be a fissure ( split of skin), hemorrhoid, or from menstrual bleeding. Should be evaluated by doc to be sure.
