Not food poisoning: Food poisoning usually doesn't last more than a day or two. This sounds like a different infection. Any unexplained abdominal pain requrires urgent medical evaluation. In addition to the question, you entered discharge as a condition and abortion as a (recent?) procedure. If vaginal discharge and/or recent abortion, you might have a serious infection. See a doctor or clinic ASAP. Good luck!
