Bile: use to get stored in the gallbladder till you had a high fat meal and gallbladder contracted releasing bile into your intestines. Now the bile has no where to collect and in effect drips into your intestines irrespective of food presence. This can cause loose stools. Questran (cholestyramine) binds bile and usually helps the loose stools. Talk to your doctor.
