8 months back my daughter complained of pain in her right upper arm. was diagonosed as panniculitis. again she has the same problem. what causes this?

Panniculitis: This is an inflammation if the belly fat that hangs down over your waist if obese, and has nothing to do with the arm, so its unclear what they were referring to. Arm pain is fairly nonspecific and has many causes. Sorry I can't give you more info. Hope this helps!
